Summary/Abstract: The paper aims to emphasize the urgency of personality and intelligence assessment in the context of employment. It shows the legitimacy of psychological assessment when predicting achievement level and/or possible failures of a worker. It further focuses on links between intelligence, personality traits and career and suggests possible personality development in the context of still personality traits assessment.
