Impact of management on the effectiveness of power industry

Summary/Abstract: This article presents findings from literature studies and empirical research of Integrated Management Systems qualitative methods of selected energy companies. It discusses the effects of the implementation of Integrated Management System in the context of efficiency. This article attempts to develop a preliminary project of design assumptions of the model of Integrated Management System in power industry that uses the assumptions of Balanced Scorecard. In the course of determining the assumptions to model the Integrated Management System for process approach in power industry, the following analyses were taken into account: qualitative analysis, value analysis, Pareto-Lorenz analysis of defects and FMEA analysis. The article presents the benefits of the Integrated Management System for process approach in power industry.
