The application of EFQM Quality Model for food analysis in rural communities on the example of Podkarpackie Voivodeship communities

Summary/Abstract: The rural areas in Poland occupy over 93% of the country. They play a very significant role and have big potential in social and production sphere. People who manage these areas as well as the society that live there stimulate the development of Polish rural areas and decide about improvement resulting in higher living conditions there. In the paper there has been presented the example of utilizing the EFQM Quality Model to make the analyses of stable excellence in rural areas and the food manufactured there.
