Summary/Abstract: To compare Russian legal system with "international legal standarts" has become a tendency. Significant part among these standards is taken by international electorial standards, which are considered to be a model and basis for democratic political systems. International experts are generally of the same oppinion about Russian election system. The article analyses the situatioin.
