Summary/Abstract: The work aims at throwing light on the impact of politics in literature and its creative paradigms, as ideational entities, as well as on determining functional frames in building of its relation with the Other local, regional, and global. Europe’s division into two geopolitical zones in the period after World War Two will be one of the factors determining the borders of extension of impact of zone centers-cores in the way and quantity of the division of its cultural values with the literary ones. The context of bipolar world geopolitics will exhort a determining impact on Albanian literary intentional projections. The hegemony of social systems towards literary ideational systems in both political blocks will determine not only the value criteria, their quality, but also the way and limit of their dispersion. Political hegemony, as a social system entity, towards literature, as an ideational and value system, is a trial for the hegemonic relation of the regional against the local, general against the particular. The victim of such hegemony – because of the unjust fate of it being within various administrative and political spaces in the Balkans and bipolar geopolitical zones (although geographically they make up a continued territorial unit) – will be the Albanian literature created in the ‘London’s Albania’ and that created under the aura of ‘AVNOJ’s Yugoslavia’.
