Summary/Abstract: In the monograph of O. Soskin «National Capitalism: The Economic Model for Ukraine», the original, solely developed at the conceptual level mechanism is presented which enables to transit from the destructive model of state-monopolistic capitalism to the holistic, creative national capitalism model of European type, focusing on formation of exportoriented, innovative-investment economic model with powerful middle class, and comprehensive extension of open, multivarious competitive environment for the benefit of the major part of Ukrainian population.
