Summary/Abstract: The present modification of the Constitution stands for the emergence of a much awaited consesus among the political forces, comprising the main actors of the parliamentary debate and, at the same time, proves a certain alignement with the natural and common sensed mentality of allowing minorities to express their minimal social and cultural needs, those of manifesting and perpetuating their identity within the Romanian community
