Summary/Abstract: The contribution of the nursing activities to the development of the health services is more distinctly acknowledged in its international aspect. There exists complete consensus about stabilizing and broadening of the nurses’ responsibilities and functions needed for the health system. From economic point of view, nursing is considered an effective resource, when health care is provided. Therefore its development should be observed as an integral part of the overall tendency for growth of the health care quality and economical efficiency.
