Legal opinion on the possibility to obtain financial support by widows of military pilots who tragically died on duty.

Summary/Abstract: The legal opinion analyzes the issues of how, acting as an association, widows of military pilots could get more effective support and what actions could and should they take acting individually. The opinion also concerns whether it is possible, under existing law, to obtain a one-time compensation, and what action to this end should be taken. The author concludes that to achieve greater financial support for families of soldiers who died in air accidents or on duty, there should be taken steps to change the existing statutory provisions.
