Summary/Abstract: The main aim of corporate governance is to combine the interest of managers and owners of companies. It is not easy to defme corporate govemance and economic analysis in one, commonly acknowledged way. Both of them concentrate on increasing efficincy of a company, and underline the importance of internal (and external) control in improving firm's performance.
