Summary/Abstract: Brief summary: The essence of the work is related to a distinguished figure of the Albanian National Awakening such as Dr. Ibrahim Temo, known initially for his devotion in realization of the Autonomy and then the Independence of Albania. From what was mentioned above, Dr. Ibrahim Temo, a gifted talent with his profound logic and an expert of the political circumstances in the Balkan Peninsula as well as the Ottoman Empire, was and remained one of the most prominent political thinking personalities of the Albanian National Awakening. Raised and well brought up in patriotic spirit, he remained the moving force of the Albanian colony in exile, first of all in Rumania as well as an associate of Dervish Hima, Nikolla Naqo, Jashar Erebara and a number of distinguished militants of the Albanian National Awakening.
