Summary/Abstract: A very important question is which method to use when you teach a foreign language, a simple answer to this question does not exist. It is important to emphasize that the method we choose for a particular teaching unit, must satisfy the educational, practical and pedagogical goals that we set at the beginning.Many children learn several languages at a very young age. Language teaching involves many methods. All the available methods may be appropriate to different contexts. There is no one single method strongly recommended in the teaching of English since the level of the learners differ from one another’s. So, it becomes inevitable for a teacher to know the different methods of teaching which will help them to apply the relevant method in their classroom successfully.
