Summary/Abstract: The aim of the research was aimed to facilitate access to education for children from the Roma community by providing social and educational services to reduce gaps and reduce the risk of school dropout. On the other hand to provide advice and guidance to parents and the community to ensure school success of Roma children. Applied strategy aimed at increasing student performance through various methods such as: differentiated approach to learning (adapted curriculum, assessment differentiated), child development and growth of autonomy and its social participation, promoting its social acceptance. Working tools used in the research were social inquiry, observation and record individual student intervention plan customized psychological tests etc.. Research findings revealed the need for active and participative methodologies to improve adjustment difficulties, preventing and combating school failure, valuing children's progress in both the cognitive and especially on attitudes and behavior in order to stimulate learning motivation and improve self-image thereof. However, parents and the whole community must be involved in providing a quality educational process.
