Qualification requirements for the staff of modern economy

Summary/Abstract: In recent years Poland has seen relatively dynamic transformations, both structural and socioeconomic. A wave of crises and recessions accompanying such transformations is bound to raise qualification requirements for managers and employees. The purpose of the present study is to present the qualification and skill requirements for both managers and employees, paying special attention to key competences. Moreover, the study discusses the development of professional trainings, which shape the competences of the staff in modern economy.
