JOB MARKET REQUIREMENTS FOR PROFESIONAL COMPETETENCE OF ADMINISTRATORS

Summary/Abstract: Current situation in Lithuanian job market is favorable for college absolvents. 6-8% free job places are offered to admi-nistrators or administration related tasks. Employers looks for specialists that are inititiative, know bussinees managment, speak foreign languages and can work independently. The aims this studies – analyze and structuring of requi-rements for profesional competetence of administrators in Lithuanian Job market. This study analyzed which administrators professional competetions are favorable for employers. It was found that in job offers for adminstrators employers gives priority to the ones who have language and information abilities which are necessary for administrators.
