Summary/Abstract: This article is an attempt to show up new opportunities for people facing difficulties in integration or reintegration into the labour market in the current globalization. The ideas and cultures circulate here freely along with finances and products whereas many scientists treats of these trends as both inevitable disadvantage and positive phenomenon. Al-though the business driven globalizational artefact‘s means uprooting old way of life and threatening livelihoods however a results of globalization itself proposes an alternatives more responsive to public needs. Discussed the way of exploration allows to maintain an adaptable Development Partnership (EQUAL virtual society) through innovative means for employment and the development of e-possibilities. The presented conclusions based on updated information about changes in the global processes and pointed to facilitate the solutions of a social problem.
