Summary/Abstract: We are pleased to introduce a new assessment method Golden Profiler of Personality (GPOP), which is a successor of popular Myers – Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). At the beginning we characterize method, give description of scales, describe administration, and give a short description of types and details on test report structure. The method is not only available to psychologists, but also to other HR professionals who will receive a specific certified training. Finally, we present a critical examination of the method.We expect that the method as a successor of MBTI will become widely used in this form of standardized assessment test.
