Informatikos mokytojų virtualios mokomosios aplinkos kūrimas ir tyrimas
CREATION AND INVESTIGATION OF THE VIRTUAL INFORMATICS TEACHERS’ LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

Summary/Abstract: Open Virtual Informatics Teachers’ Learning Environment was created at the Vilnius Pedagogical University according to the project of European Structural Funds. The structure of the Environment and its’ use for teaching students – future teachers is described in the paper. The Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) consists of the main 3 courses of informatics studies at the Vilnius Pedagogical University. Teachers of the Mathematics and Informatics Department of the Vilnius Pedagogical University have used the Environment during two years. In the paper the authors present their experience and results of the investigation of students’ and teachers’ opinion about positive and negative aspects of the Environment.
