POST-MODERN NARRATION OF THE HISTORY AND HISTORICAL MYSTIFICATION IN CZECH AND SLOVAK CONTEXT

Summary/Abstract: An anthology Imperium Boemorum and a book titled Keby… Rýchle dejiny budúcnosti Slovenska in which the authors react to the historical circumstances using mystification became the starting point of the analysis of features of post-modern narration. Despite the different approach to the literary-historical depiction of the history in Czech and Slovakian context, historical characters have played an important role in re-interpretation of the past. Examples stated in the treatise show that fact clearly.
