Summary/Abstract: In the so-called classic political philosophy the problem of nature was connected not with the nature as a whole, but first of all only with the nature of human being; an order in which each man acts was its source in this kind of nature. In modern times project of Plato and Aristotle, Cicero and St Thomas Aquinas, which combined nature with reason and rational order became very problematic on the one hand for thinkers which emphasized ultra-individualistic promises and contractual projects, on the second for thinkers which stressed spontaneous order.
