International capital flows in modern economy as a result of corporate governance regulations

Summary/Abstract: Globalization, thanks to technological and information achievements, gives an opportunity to seek an investment goals and Stock Exchange companies results from all over the world. Therefore it also gives a chance for market participants to make a choice and take control of portfolio investments in accordance with the established investment strategy. The intensification of capital flows on the international markets causes rapid growth of significance of financial markets and institutions which make the selling mechanism function efficiently. In times of national economies globalization, when the capital does not have any obstacles to flow among markets, the accessibility of information is a basic and decisive factor for choosing an individual investor. The deciding factor of investors are the principles of corporate governance which conditions the investment attractiveness of subjects and all capital markets.
