Voluntary Labour Corps, a window to the world in the modern labor market in the professional preparation

Summary/Abstract: The article has been reproduced a brief characterization of the problems of a certain segment of the Voluntary Labour Corps in the past and present determinants of social development. Development of Information Society introduces new procedures by OHP education and upbringing of young people and adults, and meet the labor market liquid. Persistent high unemployment among young people in particular forces out of the VLC presented a broad innovation and preventive measures.
