Summary/Abstract: Theoretical interpretation is given on the basis of the political concept of the works of Carl Schmitt, György Lukács and Max Weber. Analysing Schmitt’s concepts the necessity of dualism of political governing and governing political thoughts is concluded. There are many followers of this dualistic theoretical division of power among Marxists and non Marxists but the supporters of ‘elit’ theory. Idea of arche-type social governing was developed by G.W. F. Hegel in Phänomenologi des Geistes (1806). Szigeti considers that even today when politics is organised on a level above that of national state Marx’s concepts of class theory and master-servant relation still holds. In the same time, the ‘empire’ concept of Hardt and Negri as an attempt for explanation of the new age is considered as being one-sided because in their views political governing is a striking sovereign without control of any power.
