Summary/Abstract: There are investigated the ontological, epistemological and axiological features of fore-sight "Education 2030". Methodology of the research is based on the semantic and contextual analysis of materials speeches and presentations by the authors of this project – Director Desti-nations "Young Professionals" Agency for Strategic Initiatives to promote new projects D. Peskov and director of educational programs at the Department of Corporate Education Mos-cow School of Management Skolkovo. It is proved that Foresight "Education 2030" is talking about the categorization of stu-dents at an elite, low-budget and mass education, are receiving appropriate services based on a constant set forth by the appropriate educational path. Entered the term "educational trajecto-ry" is a separation not only at the individual level, but also at the level of separate social cate-gories of society, which can cause far-reaching social consequences. Thus one of the main the-ses of foresight education is an imperative requirement of separation of high-tech services of education, for example, the MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) from undergoing reduction of public education in favor of non-systemic education and training.
