CHILD PROTECTION AGAINST ECONOMIC EXPLOITATION

Summary/Abstract: The period 2001-2010 has been declared by the United Nations „International Decade for a Culture of Peace and Non-Violence for the Children of the World”. Thus it is underlined the need for protection against all forms of children’s exploitation. In the following we present the meaning of the expression of child protection against exploitation, the international normative acts which stipulate the legal ways to protect children from economic exploitation, and some measures adopted to prevent and struggle against child exploitation to national level
