Summary/Abstract: The development of the services constitutes an economical desideratum, primordial for all national economies and implicit for world economy. Making a postal market, as a result of postal services liberation, by losing the monopoly of national posts and appearance of the new particular post operators, have lead to development of the of the national, regional and world markets for post services. The new postal strategies takes in account the development of the financial services and the commerce by post that leads to the deletion of the discrepancies between urban and rural medium and also to the development of the industrial production of goods, facilitate commercialization of these in rural medium.
