Summary/Abstract: Surprisingly maybe or a paradox, in spite of the appearances, each judicial decision is a collective work of the judges, usually through a discrete and subtle dialogue. However, what can be considered as characteristic to this dialogue nowadays is, on the one side, the multiplication and diversity of its forms, inclusively through the institutionalization of a dialogue between the constitutional judge and the ordinary one, and on the other side, the internationalization of the dialogue. The relations are multiple and complex, so we shall present only some of them.
