NATIONAL SECURITY versus NATIONAL SAFETY

Summary/Abstract: The safety study should consider the national context, regional and global, but the starting point should be the security status of individuals, regardless of the level of interest, as the man is at the core of all forms of social organization, and the achievement degree of its security is reflected in the security of the group to which it belongs. The need for security is an inalienable human right for peace and well being. Without its insurance, everything that is built as a legal and institutional system becomes relatively easy to change, depending on political, economic, military, environmental or any other pressure (risks).
