PROMOTING DIVERSITY WITHIN THE POLICE

Summary/Abstract: The objective of this thesis is to reveal the main aspects concerning admission, integration and accommodation of students who applied for special admission because of their conditions (nationality, ethnicity) alongside with how these students perform their specific tasks in academic activities. The research that we made on the subjects (by means of specially prepared questionnaires) concerns several aspects such as: accommodation, academic integration, building relationships (both professional and friendly), learning the specifics of the profession, their opinion on the institution, on their colleagues and on their teachers and, not least, on possible attitudes distinctive from others.
