YOUTH ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND ENTREPRENEURIAL POTENTIAL OF YOUNG PEOPLE

Summary/Abstract: The research subject of this work is the influence of entrepreneurship education on the development of entrepreneurial attitudes of young people. The objective of the research is to confirm if the young people who had entrepreneurial training have more developed entrepreneurial attitudes. The results of the research conducted on students of Faculty of Economics in Zenica confirm a positive influence of entrepreneurial education on development of youth entrepreneurship in the field of entrepreneurial attitudes of young people, as well as their entrepreneurial potential, but also a negative influence of lack of financial assets and support of the government in development of youth entrepreneurship. The research results show a high degree of youth entrepreneurship development in the domain of entrepreneurial attitudes of young people, apropos their entrepreneurial potential, and confirm that there is a positive influence of entrepreneurship education on the development of youth entrepreneurship, but also that there is a negative influence of lack of financial assets and government support to the development of youth entrepreneurship.
