Mothers’ strategies of risks handling in their children’s food consumption

Summary/Abstract: The article analyses what strategies Russian mothers use to handle risks in food con-sumption practices of their preschool children. Main types of mothers’ strategies of food risks handling were constructed using family Internet forum discussions and interviews with mothers as sources of empirical data.
