Summary/Abstract: The First Bachelors of the Orthodox Romanian Theological Academy of Cluj between 1924-1936. The basis of the Orthodox Theological University education of Cluj was founded by the Bishop Nicolae Ivan (1921 - 1936) of Vad, Felac and Cluj in 1924. At the beginning there was a three year study Theological Institute (1924 - 1925). Then it became a four year study Theological Academy (1925 - 1948) and after that a four year study Theological Institute of University Degree (1948 - 1952), which had the right to grant the title of “graduate of Theology”. It is a pity that in 1952, the Romanian communist regime abolished this High Theological School of Cluj, and it affected strongly not only the Orthodox Theological University education of our country, but also the Romanian Orthodox Church itself, the Mother of the majority of the inhabitants of these ancient countries. The important numbers of graduates of this Theological Institute had exceptional professors, who were famous not only in Romania, but also abroad, for their scientific activity in the domain of theology. We shall present as follows the table of the 18 graduates of the Romanian Orthodox Theological Academy of Cluj, during 1924 - 1936.
