Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with the application of a hybrid expert system, Aitech DSS, which has been practically utilized for credit risk assessment and for decision support in financial analysis. The paper describes architecture of this hybrid DSS system. Additionally, it provides information about CAKE, a computer-aided knowledge engineering system, used for building Aitech DSS application.
