Summary/Abstract: In the tragic time for Poland and its people during the Second World War, the Polish YMCA played a positive role. The article presents its activities among the Polish war refugees in Romania, Hungary and France. Polish YMCA implemented a comprehensive financial, legal, cultural, educational support for thousands of Poles uprooted from their homes.
