Summary/Abstract: One of the main features of the communication process is effective coordination of them. Information available should be: complete, exact, timely. Successful response to each message depends on the precision of the original message, its interpretation and understanding by the receiver and by reverse connection. Misinterpretation of the message in sports can seriously affect a team’s performance, creating tension and distracting athletes from the main objective. The paper tackles the issue of public relations and communication inside sports organizations as well as the importance of proper managerial communication.
