Summary/Abstract: The text discuses the notion of Vojvodina’s autonomy within the context of political fighting regarding the state organization of the kingdom. The position of Vojvodina between the two wars was always used as an important argument by fractions of the civil opposition and the Communist Party of Yugoslavia in their fighting against Unitarianism and “Serbian hegemony”, and a controversial issue within political projects pertaining to constitutional reorganization of the Yugoslav state.
