Summary/Abstract: This paper has proposed to present Roman Republican silver coins that exist in the Râmnicu Sărat Municipal Museum’s collections, gathered mostly from donations. There are 14 silver dinars and based upon their descriptions, the coins could be issued in period 138 to 31 B. C. Unfortunately, the finding point of only one of these coins are known, for 13 denars donor said that come from exchanges with other collectors from the county or neighboring counties. The oldest is denarius issued by P. Aelius Paetus at 138 B.C. and the newest pieces are the legionnaires denarii emitted by Mark Antony at 32/31 B.C. The most interesting thing about these is that the dinars are numerous countermark‐evidence of a long circulation.
