Summary/Abstract: Both using modern information technology in education and ensuring high quality of teaching belong to basic tools of the Bologna process realization. A rapid development of e-learning, observed in the recent decade, has been accompanied by a discussion on the quality and effectiveness of e-education and the ways of their evaluation. Providing high quality of teaching is also one of the European Union's priorities. Thus, it comes as a no surprise that the attempts of the creation of common frames for courses evaluation appeared in cooperation between higher education institutions and research centers at European level. The article introduces the tool for online courses evaluation which has been developed as a result of international cooperation within the project SEVAQ+.
