Summary/Abstract: This paper deals und elaboreits a sociological-politilogical, cultural and psychological-emotional platform as basis for a efficient social integration of a minority, emigrants and diaspora in the country with an ethnical majority. The topic of this paper is to find a sozial, politological and cultural platform for a succesfull integration in which a protection is included; a protection for a whole cultural identity of emigrants and ethnical minority. In part two of this paper is marginal elaborated the thesis about identity-protection of Bosnian (Muslim) in the west of Europe and in west civilisation. The main thesis for the protection of identity of Bosnian is: the Bosnian would be obliged to take and to incorporat their own’s tradition (peculiar and characteristic) and islamic-universal value trough the technicaly superiority and the universal value of west civlian society. The part three of this paper (which is also marginal) treats a universal feeling of a emigrant in his live abroad, in the foreign country. A emigrant feels himself as a stranger in the country with ethnical majority. He lives with a alienation sense. This estrangment-alienation sense could have been prevail (overcome) through the practical own’s culture of emigrants and minority in diaspora.
