Summary/Abstract: In this article, it is aimed to discuss, in the light of Frengistan Mektupları (the Letters from West) and Darürrahat Müslümanları (Muslims of Peaceful Land), İsmail Gaspıralı’s suggestions to solve existing problems of the society. In this content, firstly, it will be revealed how Gaspıralı expressed his thought related to the West by using the itinerary style in Frengistan Mektupları. Then it will be expressed how he concretized his ideal state by creating a utopia in Darürrahat Müslümanları. Moreover, relation between ideology and fiction will be evaluated through the mentioned novels.
