Marginal Notes on the Environment File from the Community Acquis

Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the environment legislation enforcement in Romania, along with a brief review of the history of environment policies in Europe. There is now a common place that the effects of neglecting the environment in favor of an irrational economic development put serious problems. If the European states have start different programs to address this issue, in Romania there is a wide inertial force regarding the environmental matters.
