Summary/Abstract: A brief report on the status of political families in Romania, attempting to explain the internal strings of aggregating criteria and behaviors in political parties. There is no relevnace in these observations for the entire political system, but the data give us good reasons to believe that the criteria and behaviors above mentioned rescpect a clan philosophy.
