ON SOME CONSEQUENCES OF MODERN ENCULTURATION

Summary/Abstract: The article disscusses modern pedagogy in her cultural frameworks. The author comapres selected areas of modern culture with aims of that pedagogy which he treats as a part of modern ideology. The realisation of first aim- to assist in individual development of child - cannot be achieve with construction of moral community, and is sharing the responsibility for such phenomena like impossibility of consideration the problem of evil, consumerism or moral indifference. The second aim - teaching practical knowledge that is useful in everyday life - conflicts with one main function of school that is teaching abstract knowledge, which is foundation of imagined modern communities.
