MILDEC – THE MILITARY DECEPTION/ CONCEALMING PLAN, AS PART OF THE OPERATION PLAN

Summary/Abstract: Military Deception and Concealment Plan as well as other core capability of information operations have to support the commander to achieve the objectives and goal of operation. Jointly, these capabilities aim at the adversary leaders and affect their informational system and, as a matter, of course, the military decision making process. Therefore, this activity requires very good knowledge concerning adversary’s military decision-making process. During the concept of operation development, commander has to pay attention to the desired ememy’s reaction through the important moments of operation. These desires are transformed into the objectives of the misleading actions.
