Sisteminio požiūrio taikymas, analizuojant būsto ūkio funkcionavimą, gali padėti numatyti galimus būsto ūkio sistemos funkcionavimo pokyčius bei geriau jiems pasirengti. The author analyzes the residential property market applying a systematic approach. The impact of the surrounding systems and interrelationship among internal elements in the residential property market system altogether has a significant impact on the overall residential property market’s functioning. Thus applying a systematic approach to the residential property market functioning analysis may allow to forecast possible changes and trends in the market‘s functioning and also to be better prepared for them.
