Summary/Abstract: Starting with the 1st of October 2011, the divorce by a notary meets two forms: with or wthout minor children (unlike the one instrumented by the registry offices which cannot be seized if the spouses have minor children). It is a common procedure, and some aspects regarding the siuation where there are minor children will be detailed in the final part of this material.
