Summary/Abstract: Characteristics of modern activities, undertakings and projects reflect in complexity and uncertainty, namely project complexity, complexity of operating ambience, a rapid tempo of development of science, technology and civilization in general. Along with changes in demands and behavior by the customers, as well as with movements in the global human resources market, there emerged changes in the models of running enterprises and concept of human resources. There are leaders in any human activity, standing out in terms of having skills to use professionalism and having ability to influence the others. In modern organizations the stress is put on a new paradigm of leadership, on enabling self-leader energy with any individual.
