Summary/Abstract: The previous concepts of motivational systems and strategies become sufficiently flexible, and in the future to develop and introduce new, its versatility will lead to high employee motivation and satisfaction, and thus at the same time and achieve a successful business. World economic crisis has brought new difficulties in the business. Organizations have been forced to respond to changes and to introduce measures to increase savings and productivity. All these measures play an important role in motivating employees, both managers and other employees. How does that impact on our region, shows a study conducted by PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2010. year under the name HR barometer which was attended by 100 companies that operate in the territory of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Macedonia and Serbia.
