THE LEGAL AND ECONOMIC VIEWPOINT ON THE VIRTUALIZATION OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES AS BASIS FOR THE COMPETENCY OF YOUNG LEADERS

Summary/Abstract: Each of the last three centuries has had its own mark when it comes to technology, and it can also be said that those technologies where used by managers and leaders. Huge machines dominated the XVIII century, which initially began the Industrial revolution, making the XIX century synonimous for the steam engine. The century we were born in is vice versa marked by gathering, procesing and distributing data. Today, when the XXI century has already stepped into its second decade, correct information represents one of the key business resources of a company. If we take this as the starting point of what are considered today everyday occurences – of the time of difficult and various managerial challenges and the phenomenon of compression of space, the solution to the rush in the life of an organization is becoming apparent.The projects of the future, imposing themselves as the conclusion, have constant determinants – to perserve nature and a whole new set of technological standards – HVDC, Sloud Computing, virtualized PC, personal data assistant (PDA) and many others. In such circumstances, the youth of the leaders will be directly related to his or her own abilities to follow these new technologies, and the legal and economic component of these will be of utmost importance for survuval.
