Summary/Abstract: Reduced inflow of foreign direct investment might affect economic growth in Serbia, since Serbian funding model development based on new borrowing is not financially viable. 2010 Serbia will feel the negative consequences of growing oil prices and weak boom in the euro zone, the most important export area for Serbia. The issue of trade deficit is primarily the issue of scope of demand management and its structure, reduce costs and risk investment, rather than the degree of trade liberalization and exchange rate policy.
